This information includes the customer's name, mailing address, products ordered, shipping addresses, and credit card information. We ask for this information to fulfill the order or information request.

When purchasing J. Sanise or J. Sanise Artistry products and/or services through the Site, your order is transmitted to our order center for processing. All credit card information is encrypted and then verified online via PayPal. Charges
If you purchase by credit card, we may authorize the amount of your purchase from the credit card issuer at the time you place your order. Your credit card account will be charged as soon as you place your order. In the event you cancel the order within 24 hours, we will only credit the same credit card number used for the original purchase.

We cannot guarantee availability of a product , even if our Web site indicates a particular product is available. We may not have all products or product lines available online and may discontinue or change offered products or change prices at any time.

HOTLINK/DIRECT LINK
Bandwidth theft or "hotlinking" is direct linking to website files (images, video, etc.). An example would be using an <IMG> tag to display a JPEG image you found on someone else's web page so it will appear on your own site, journal, weblog, forum posting, etc.

Bandwidth refers to the amount of data transferred from a website to a user's computer. When you view a web page, you are using that site's data transfer to display the files. Since web hosts charge based on the amount of data transferred, bandwidth is an issue. If a site is over it's monthly bandwidth, it's billed for the extra data or taken offline.

A example of bandwidth theft: A stranger plugs into your electrical outlets, using your electricity without your consent, and you pay for it.

This website is NOT an image hosting service for message boards, online auctions or journals.

Every time a page is loaded, the outside server must use it's bandwidth to display the image. To avoid this problem, DO NOT link to files on servers that do not belong to you . To share images and files on your own web page, upload them to your own server or to one of the many free website providers. J. Sanise will be advised of "direct linkers" via the Site statistics. Sanise does not generically grant permission for any of our graphics to be modified or added to clipart collections, which includes but not limited to: re-sizing, re-coloring, blinkies, creating awards, adoptions, banners, quilt squares, logos, tubes, brushes, nor create other graphics from them. You may not alter the height nor width values of any graphics on this Site.
